OMPH School celebrated our first Mass of the school year on August 31. It was also our first school Mass with Father Paul and Father Bob presiding. Our teachers led the liturgy, and also provided the music. Father Paul spoke to the children about not hiding the gifts that God has given you but unpacking them and using them. The following week, our 8th grade class led the liturgy celebrated by Father Ed. Father Ed talked about how important Mary is in our faith life because she leads us closer to Jesus. He also introduced a new way to pray the Our Father - in song! We appreciate these lessons taught each Friday by our priests, and are blessed to be able to celebrate Mass as a school family every week at OMPH!
