Community Service & Outreach

Our students’ love of their Faith extends outside the walls of our school building. Collections are held yearly for the Missionary Childhood Association, cards are created and given to the retired priests at St. Clement’s Mission House and the Bernardine Sisters Nursing Home, and food drives for the OMPH Community food bank are organized by our students. Celebrations are held throughout the school year for our Veterans, grandparents, benefactors, Military, and more! Rosaries, made by hand during the Rosary Club meetings, are donated to newly baptized children in our local parishes.  At Christmas time, care packages filled with items donated by each classroom are delivered to the retired priests at St. Clement’s. OMPH students recognize the impact they can have on our local community and beyond!

During Catholic Schools Week, OMPH School students participate in food and household donation drives benefiting the local Ephrata community.  Household and non-perishable food items are collected for Good Samaritan in Ephrata, and snacks are distributed to our local police station, fire department, and EMS to thank them for their service.
