Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten
Come Grow with Us! The OMPH Preschool (age 3) and Pre-Kindergarten Programs are offered to children who are 3 and 4 years old by September 1. The programs provide activities which are developmentally appropriate in a Catholic environment. Planned indoor and outdoor activities promote physical, social and spiritual growth. Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs are held Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 2:45pm. An on-site after school program is available until 5:30pm.
Mrs. Anna Fulton, Preschool Teacher
Welcome to Preschool! I have a BS in Education from Millersville University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also have a supervisory certificate from Penn State. I have been teaching both Preschool and Early Intervention (Preschool Special Education) for many, many years!
I also served as an evaluator for Early Intervention and as a supervisor at the IU 13. In the 90s, my husband was transferred to China where I served as a Principal of an English-speaking school.
I retired from the IU 13 about six years ago, but missed working, so two years ago I volunteered to help with the OMPH School Art classes taught by my sister-in-law, Mrs. Jacobs. I thoroughly enjoyed being at OMPH! When the opportunity arose to teach at the Preschool level, I was thrilled!
Mrs. Andrea Covey, Preschool Aide
My name is Andrea Covey. I attended nine years of Catholic elementary school and graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School. I went on to graduate from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Environmental Science/Biology. After school I worked at Lancaster Laboratories for 11 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Along with my husband and three daughters, I am an active member of St. James parish in Lititz. Two of my daughters attend OMPH. My oldest daughter graduated from OMPH School and is now at Lancaster Catholic. After volunteering at school for many years I am now honored to be given the opportunity to be here helping the youngest of our school’s students grow academically and spiritually.
