Each November, Lancaster County celebrates the spirit of philanthropy on the Friday before Thanksgiving with the Lancaster County Community Foundation’s ExtraGive. This 24 hour day of giving is a celebration inspiring individual donations and shining a light on the work of Lancaster County nonprofit organizations. 

 

In our four years of participation in the Extra Give, Our Mother of Perpetual Help School has raised in excess of $862,000 to support the Fund for OMPH School. Of the more than 450 nonprofit organizations that participate annually in the ExtraGive, OMPH School has finished 13th, 8th, 3rd and 3rd in the amounts of dollars raised/donors! This success is due in part to the broad appeal of the ExtraGive, the availability of stretch funds provided by the LCCF’s community partners, and the dollar matches provided by our wonderful Challenge Grant Donors.  

 

The OMPH School community is profoundly grateful to the hundreds of generous donors who step forward in faith each November to support our beloved school!
