OMPH School Principal Wins Diocesan Golden Apple Award
OMPH School is excited to announce that our Principal, Mrs. Peggy Snyder, was chosen to receive the prestigious Golden Apple Award! The Golden Apple is the highest level of recognition bestowed on teachers and principals in the Diocese of Harrisburg. Mrs. Snyder, who became Principal at OMPH School in 2022, has spent over 40 years as a Catholic Educator in the Diocese of Harrisburg. Her teaching career began at St. Joseph Catholic School in Dallastown, where she spent 25 years in the classroom and many years as Principal. Before joining the OMPH School family, she served at Holy Trinity Catholic School in York and the School of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen in Baltimore. Mrs. Snyder has devoted her entire career to Catholic Education! Bishop Timothy Senior will present the award to Mrs. Snyder in May, at a special banquet in Harrisburg.
