Preschool and Kindergarten Classes Celebrate Moving Up

OMPH School recently celebrated the end of the school year with special ceremonies for our two Preschool and two Kindergarten classes! Under the leadership of Mrs. Pagan and Mrs. Kalpokas (Preschool 3 teacher and Preschool 3 aide, respectively) and Mrs. Edmiston and Mrs. Flower (Preschool 4 teacher and Preschool 4 aide, respectively) our preschool classes put on an Alphabet Fashion Show. The children each represented a letter of the alphabet, and created an outfit using photos and drawings of items that began with their chosen letter. Students also read a page from the classroom book they helped write and received special certificates.

The Kindergarten Blue and Kindergarten Gold classes held a special moving-up ceremony at the close of the school year. Family and friends joined the class for the ceremony which included poems and songs presented by the children. The students were presented with certificates of achievement for their hard work this year! The children are led by Kindergarten Blue teacher, Mrs. Gerhard, and Kindergarten Gold teacher, Miss Peters. Congratulations future first graders!
