Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year!
I can’t believe that we are beginning our 69th year for Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic School!
We have accomplished so much over the summer. New hallway flooring, bathroom stalls, lowered ceilings, flooring in the kitchen and middle school bathrooms, a 3D lab in the middle school, and a school office renovation! These projects have made a big difference in our school’s appearance. We are grateful for our many donors who make these projects possible. The school looks great!
I am happy to say that all of our teachers are coming back! We have few grade changes: Mrs. Katelynn Schulze will be teaching the 2nd Grade Gold class and Miss Lauren Rothenberger will be teaching the 1st Grade Gold class.
I am happy to welcome our new 5th Grade teacher, Mrs. Jessica Lassiter, to our OMPH School family! Mrs. Lassiter’s children enrolled in our school last year; she has experience teaching grades 5 to 8 in both general and special education classes. New also for this year, Mrs. Ana Touloumis and the 3rd Grade will be in the modular unit with Mrs. Dodson and the 4th Grade! Both classrooms are ready to go for the start of the school year.
Mr. Andrew Hoffmann (husband of 1st Grade teacher Mrs. Hoffmann) will be working with our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students in our new 3D printing lab. Mr. Hoffmann works for Constellation Energy as a Nuclear Maintenance Planner. He has been working with 3D printing for the last several years.
We are working on a five-year Strategic Plan for our school. The plan is entitled “Honor the Past, Shape the Future.” We are involving many people within the OMPH School and Church community that will define our long-term direction, set priorities, and align our resources to meet with the vision we have for Our Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic School. We will keep you informed of the process throughout the school year!
